Punxsutawney Phil had his way

By the feel of the air, Puxsutawney Phil's prediction that Spring is on its way seems on target.  It was great to be able to walk over to the library without bundling up, especially since I found therein PAINTERS!!  This is an exciting development.  The puzzle pieces are falling into place.  And I am sending list upon list of items that were lost post lightning strike to our insurance company.  What a process.  The below are from last week's walk through with our insurance adjuster.
