Leigh Maynard and I had excellent site visits to the public libraries in Amherst and Windham, NH.  Great food for thought. 

We received the report back from the engineers who did the analysis on the insulation in our attic.  They report that there is no smoke damage to the insulation.  The library trustees and I will be reviewing the report and planning next steps next Tuesday evening.

We expect bids from the contractors within the next five days.

And then we'll be off to the races.

Meanwhile, Karen is on vacation this week and I'm happy to report that other staff continue to pitch in to provide a great level of service in our little library/pool hall.
