Another day in the life, checking out books, making copies, receiving ILLs.  We have also been letting people use staff computers if they need quick access to the internet or to print something.  If you have that need, please check with us.

While in this waiting mode vis a vis the building, I have been putting in some small book orders for things that are in demand.  If there is a new item that you are looking for, please let me know.  We don't have a lot of space, but we also want make things available for our patrons who may not have the time to visit other libraries.  You can check our online catalog to reserve items that may be on order and you can email me or the info account (ddunlop@hopkintontownlibrary.org or info@hopkintontownlibrary.org) if you want to put in a request.  Meanwhile, see below for a tempting sample of titles that I ordered today or that we have on the shelves. Some of these won't be entered into the catalog until Friday, so if you'd like to put your name on the reserve list, give us a call or email!!!  FYI:  we are also looking into adding more online content (ebooks and e-audiobooks) to our collection, since we are so strapped for space.  Stay tuned for details.
