Thursday thangs

This week we have been knee deep in planning for our phased in re-opening.  You may have already seen notices that we will begin to accept library material returns next Tuesday June 2nd in the Community Room.  Seems momentous, but we are now comfortable with all the safeguards in place.  It has been great to have staff in and out this week.  Those that I recognize at least.   That Daffy Duck mask still has me puzzled.

We also put in a new order of books for our BooksNow! partnership with MainStreet Bookends.  Please note that there are still some titles available from Round One (e.g. books that people asked for but decided they weren't going to pick up, thus going back on the list).  Also a fair amount of J non-fiction and YA books.  Young Adult (library parlance).  New titles will be coming in over the next two weeks and will be available for order.

Curbside Pickup is scheduled to begin on June 16th.  Guidelines will be sent out to all.
