Hot Air Balloon "Glow"

On Thursday July 9th at 7:30pm come to our Hot Air Balloon "Glow" and listen to local musicians The Strawberry Jam Band. Bring a picnic and relax on the Library's front lawn. Rain dates are July 10th and July 11th.

Closed on July 4th

The Library will be closed on Saturday, July 4th. Join the Family Fun Day festivities hosted by the Hopkinton Recreation Department outside in front of the Library and the Slusser Senior Center. There will be games, food, performances, raffles and more!

Staff Picks and Staff "Pics"

We are featuring childhood memorabilia in the display cabinet in July. See if you can identify who is who!! Staff has also picked favorite books to share with library visitors this summer. Titles will be in the browsing area.

Energy News

We are pleased to report that we have been saving significant resources in fuel and electricity costs in the past year. This is a result of keeping better control of the temperature in the building, having energy efficient light bulbs installed and being vigilant about turning power off. If you'd like to see the charts tracking these savings, contact Donna.

Coming this Fall

As part of Therapy Dogs International, we will be bringing Ben, a 9 year old Shetland Sheepdog to the Library. He loves to listen to children read and has had special training to be a good listener! Stay tuned for more details.
